India issues NOTAM for Dec 1–3 missile test near Andamans after Chinese naval activity
India has issued a no-fly zone (NOTAM) for a missile test scheduled between December 1 and 3 near the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The launch window was initially planned earlier but was postponed following increased Chinese naval presence in the region, including the visit of research–cum–spy vessel Shi Yan-6. The fresh NOTAM signals New Delhi’s intent to proceed with the test despite recent maritime tensions.
