The incident was caught on camera and has since gone viral. Himachal Pradesh has been battered by incessant monsoon rains, leading to landslides, flash floods, and mounting casualties. Mandi district has reported the highest death toll at 17, followed by Kangra (12) and Kullu (3). Jairam Thakur has urged CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu to visit ground-zero areas and expedite relief efforts.
