Children's Day 2025 Quiz: Questions to ask kids on Nehru and children rights

New Delhi: Every year on November 14, schools across the country come alive with colour, creativity and joy as students celebrate Children’s Day honouring the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Through the celebration of this day childrens rights, education and welfare are promoted.


Before the year 1959, Children’s Day in our country was celebrated on November 20, which is the Universal Children’s Day declared by the United Nations. However, after the death of Pandit Nehru in 1964, Children's Day is being celebrated on November 14 as a tribute to Nehru for his love and affection for children. To marks this day various events and activities are organised for childrens.
