The Jharkhand government recently inaugurated the jungle safari, collaborating with forest and tourism departments to create a seamless eco-tourism experience. The safari covers approximately 40 kilometres, connecting major natural attractions such as Koel View Point, waterfalls, and forest rest areas. Its two primary routes offer morning and afternoon safaris, accommodating different traveller preferences to witness sunrise or enjoy tranquil afternoon wildlife spotting. These safari rides provide guided access to Netarhat’s rich flora and fauna while ensuring environmental preservation. The initiative also aims to generate income and job opportunities in local communities.
