Kolkata: Infrastructure Investment Trusts, popularly known as InvITs, are vehicles of investment into infrastructure projects such as roads (which earn toll), power plants, and pipelines. These actually bridge the gap between the investing public and infrastructure projects that are crucial for the economic development of the country. Investors get a diversified pool of infrastructure assets. These assets generate income for the investors through dividends and appreciation of investment over a period of time. The Anantam Highways Trust IPO is designed to raise Rs 400.00 crore through issue of only 4 crore fresh shares.
The portfolio of Anantam Highways InvIT features seven highway projects which span a cumulative length of 271.65 km or 1,086.60 lane km. These roads are spread across five Indian states and one union territory. These highways are: Dhrol Bhadra Highways, Dodaballapur Hoskote Highways, Repallewada Highways, Viluppuram Highways, Narenpur Purnea Highways, Bangalore Malur Highways and Malur Bangarpet Highways.
As recorded by investorgain, the Anantam Highways InvIT IPO GMP has failed to take off from zero. Data shows that the GMP has remained at zero since October 1. The Anantam Highways InvIT IPO price band has been set at Rs 98.00 to Rs 100. Nuvama Wealth Management has been appointed the book running lead manager to the isse and Kfin Technologies is the registrar.

The value of the assets of Anantam Highways InvIT were recorded at Rs 4,241.89 on June 30, 2025; Rs 4,151.92 crore on March 31, 2025, Rs 3,530.23 on March 31, 2024 and Rs 2,425.48 on March 31, 2023.
The total income of Anantam Highways InvIT stood at Rs 212.28 crore, Rs 942.36 crore, Rs 2,527.05 crore and Rs 2,591.87 crore on the four above mentioned dates respectively. The PAT figures on those dates were Rs 67.86 crore, Rs 410.62 crore, (-) Rs 160.05 crore and (-) Rs 178.48 crore.
