New Delhi: The shares of real estate major DLF and Escorts Kubota are likely to be in news on August 5, 2025, Tuesday as both the companies declared Q1 Results for 2025-26 on Monday. Escorts Kubota Profit After Tax from continuing operations went up 40 per cent to Rs 369.5 crore in the April-June quarter. In its regulator filing, DLF mentioned that its profit jumped 18 per cent in the first quarter of FY26 to Rs 763 crore. The company’s sales bookings surged 78 per cent to Rs 11,425 crore.

DLF Q1 profit rises 18% to Rs 763 cr

In its Q1 2025-26 results, DLF posted an 18 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 762.67 crore as against Rs 644.67 crore in the year-ago period.

The real estate major mentioned that its sales bookings jumped 78 per cent to Rs 11,425 crore on strong housing demand.

The country's biggest real estate developer’s total income surged to Rs 2,980.88 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 1,729.82 crore in the same quarter of the preceding year.

"New sales bookings for the first quarter stood at Rs 11,425 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 78 per cent," DLF said in a regulatory filing.

The company attributed its profits to the sakes bookings in its newly launched luxury housing project in Gurugram.

"We remain enthused on the strong prospects of the housing demand backed by a resilient economy, growth-oriented policies of the government & central bank, increasing desire for home ownership, and strong preference towards large, credible and branded players," DLF said.

Escorts Kubota Q1 FY26 Results

In its Q1 2025-26 results, Escorts Kubota posted a 40 per cent increase in consolidated profit after tax from continuing operations to Rs 369.5 crore, while it stood at Rs 264.4 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.

In its regulatory filing, the farm and construction equipment firm mentioned that its consolidated revenue from continuing operations was recorded at Rs 2,500.1 crore, while it stood at Rs 2,573.7 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

In a regulatory filing, the company informed that during the first quarter of FY26 there is an exceptional gain of< 76.0 crore on account of sale of land & building of Agri Machinery Spare Part Division. Net profit after tax from continuing operations came at < 372.6 crore, up 40.0% as against < 266.2 crore in corresponding quarter and up 48.6% as against< 250.7 crore in Sequential quarter.
