Kolkata: The year 2025 has been marked as a record-setting year on Dalal Street with 104 mainboard listings and close more than 270 SME public issues. More than Rs 1.75 lakh crore capital has been raised by the mainboard issues this year. The interesting point for investors is that India Inc is expected to keep up the flow of IPOs in 2026. One of these will be Neolite ZKW Lightings IPO which has submitted its draft documents with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise Rs 600 crore.
Neolite ZKW Lightings is a company which is active in the automotive lighting sector. The company has an alliance with ZKW group GMBH, a subsidiary of LG Electronics. The company will deploy the proceeds from the fresh issue for setting up a new manufacturing facility at Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu. It will use the money for purchase of plant and machinery, partial liquidation of debt and electronic expansion at existing manufacturing facilities. Some part of the money will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Neolite ZKW Lightings IPO will consist of two parts -- a fresh issue and an OFS part. The company will raise Rs 400 crore through the sale of fresh shares and the OFS part will be designed to mobilise Rs 200 crore by promoters and shareholders, the DHRP mentioned. The OFS will witness promoters Rajesh Jain and Neokraft Global sell shares of about Rs 114 crore and Rs 40 crore respectively. Reports state that ZKW Group GmbH, a shareholder, will and sell its shares. Neolite ZKW Lightings is open to considering a pre-IPO placement of shares to mobilise Rs 75 crore.
Neolite ZKW is a manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting products. It customer base is interesting and consists of names such as Tata Motors, JSW MG Motor India, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Stellantis Automobiles India, Isuzu Motors India, Piaggio Vehicles, and JCB India and Escorts Kubota. Hence it becomes clear that the company supplies to OEMs of different categories -- passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, two-wheelers and three-wheelers. It also supplies LED and laser headlamps to global brands such as BMW and Audi. The company's products are exported to more than 50 countries across North America, CIS nations and Western Europe. The plants of this company are located in Bahadurgarh in Haryana and Pune in Maharashtra.
In FY25 the company's revenue was recorded at Rs 512 crore and exports accounted for more than 46% of this amount at Rs 237 crore. Revenues from Indian markets stood at Rs 275 crore. The net profit was at Rs 53 crore in the last financial year. Anand Rathi Advisors and Systematix Corporate Services have been appointed as the lead managers to the issue.
The order book of Neolite ZKW Lightings is valued at Rs 172 crore as on October 31, 2025. Among other things it also features project-based assignments and tooling in the automotive lighting segment. The projects are supposed to be executed by FY27.
