RRB Group D exams 2025 begin tomorrow; must-read FAQs

New Delhi: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is all set to begin the written exams for the Group D exams 2025. It will be conducting the RRB Group D exams from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026. Candidates who have registered for the RRB Group D recruitment 2025 can appear for the exams by carrying a valid RRB Group D admit card 2025.

Question: When can I download my Free Travel Authority?

Answer: All the SC/ ST candidates are eligible for the Free Travel Authority. One can download while accessing the RRB Group D exam city intimation slip about 10 days before the scheduled online written exam from the official portals.  

Question: When will the 'submit' button get activated during CBT? 

Answer: The Board will enable the 'submit' button on the screen after completing 90 minutes of the exam. 

Question: Is there any negative marking? 

Answer: The exam authority will deduct 1/3 of marks for each incorrect answer as negative marking.  

Question: Does RRB provide rough sheets/ pen in the exam? 

Answer: Candidates must note that the rough sheets/ pen would be provided by the invigilator. One should not bring any rough sheets/ pen to the exam centre. 

Question: Is Aadhaar required at the exam centre? 

Answer: Yes. Candidates need to carry the Adhaar card along with RRB Group D admit card to the exam centre for verification purposes.
