New Delhi: The second episode of Bigg Boss 19 turned into a whirlwind of drama, emotions and unexpected revelations, as the contestants navigated their very first day inside the house. From heated debates over chores to shocking evictions, the show delivered everything viewers expect from Salman Khan’s controversial reality series.
The day began with Bigg Boss reminding the 16 contestants that this season, they would act as decision makers. As there were only 15 beds available, one contestant had to give up their bed. In a rare moment of selflessness, YouTuber Mridul Tiwari volunteered to sleep outside, earning appreciation from his fellow housemates.
The dinner table soon became a stage for emotional confessions and lighter exchanges. Amaal Mallik opened up about his family legacy and his connection with host Salman Khan. His stories were punctuated by laughter, thanks to Pranit More and Gaurav Khanna’s comic timing. However, the peaceful night was disturbed when Amaal’s snoring kept Awez Darbar and Natalia awake.
Later, Gaurav discovered that Awez and Nagma Mirajkar are a couple in real life. The morning began on a cheerful note as contestants danced to the wake-up song, though the harmony didn’t last long. Actress Kunickaa Sadanand suggested that rules should be established to maintain order. A clash soon followed when Farrhana Bhatt was asked to clean after preparing breakfast, which she refused to do. Natalia also complained about Amaal’s snoring, while Tanya Mittal expressed disappointment with Zeishan Quadri’s behaviour during the premiere.
Conversations turned personal when Ashnoor Kaur mentioned Tanya’s issues with her mother, comparing her to others. Awez Darbar became emotional as he spoke to Mridul and Abhishek Bajaj about his parents’ separation and his bond with Nagma.
The division of chores became another point of contention. Farrhana flatly refused to clean the washroom, leading to arguments between Tanya and Zeishan. Eventually, Zeishan agreed to handle the utensils while Tanya took charge of folding clothes. Mridul voiced his frustration over female contestants giving excuses to avoid certain duties. Meanwhile, Tanya opened up about her luxurious lifestyle, revealing she is used to having staff and bodyguards. She also spoke about staying true to her cultural values despite working in the entertainment industry.
In an emotional moment, Amaal shared the financial struggles faced by his family and discussed his decision to publicly announce his separation from them. Despite the hardships, he assured that his love for his family remains intact.
The most dramatic moment came when contestants gathered in the assembly room to vote out one housemate they felt was undeserving. Farrhana and Neelam received the maximum votes. While Farrhana defended her strength, Kunickaa recalled her rudeness earlier in the day. Eventually, Farrhana was evicted and escorted out with Tanya’s help.
However, the twist left viewers stunned. Instead of leaving, Farrhana was placed in a secret room where she could observe the housemates and influence decisions. Unaware of her presence, contestants like Amaal, Ashnoor and Mridul criticised her behaviour, while she quietly listened.
Another argument broke out when Baseer Ali expressed anger at Kunickaa for refusing to cook for him. Though she eventually relented, the heated exchange escalated, and even her apology couldn’t calm him down.
The episode ended on a tense note, setting the stage for even more drama and confrontations in the days ahead. With Farrhana secretly monitoring her housemates and rivalries beginning to take shape, Bigg Boss 19 is already proving to be unpredictable.
