New Delhi: Bigg Boss 19 is all set to arrive sooner than expected. However, days before the premiere date, fans cannot stop wondering about the celebrities who will participate this season. A fresh wave of speculation has erupted on social media, with a new list of celebrities reportedly being approached for the upcoming season.

The reality series is hosted by Salman Khan and is slated to premiere on August 30 and is expected to run for five months in a digital-first format. The buzz around the show intensified after several prominent names were linked to the contestant list. Earlier, actors like Ram Kapoor, Munmun Dutta, and Anita Hassanandani had been speculated to join the house. However, those rumours were swiftly quashed as all three denied their involvement.

Now, a new line-up of potential contestants has emerged online, reportedly leaked by the fan page Bigg Boss Khabri. This updated list features Gaurav Khanna, Chitranshi Dhyani, Karan Singh Grover, Bhavika Sharma, Sriram Chandra, Dhanashree Verma, Reem Shaikh, Shraddha Arya, Lakshay Chaudhary, Hunar Hali, Khushi Mukherjee, Arshifa Khan, and Madalsa Sharma.

Several of these names have long been speculated to enter the Bigg Boss universe. Popular influencers and actors such as Dheeraj Dhoopar, Kanika Mann, Mr. Faisu, Flying Beast (Gaurav Taneja), Apoorva Mukhija, Mickey Makeover, Daisy Shah, and Khushi Dubey have reportedly been in discussions in recent seasons but are yet to be confirmed.

Who will host Bigg Boss 19?

Salman Khan is likely to front the show for the initial three months. However, Farah Khan, Karan Johar, and Anil Kapoor are reportedly being lined up to take over hosting duties during the final stretch.

Anita Hassanandani and Krishna Shroff, who were previously linked to Bigg Boss 19, have stepped away from the show. Both stars are currently filming for Zee TV’s new reality venture Choriyaan Chali Gaon, which will reportedly take up their schedules for the next two and a half months.

Meanwhile, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah star Munmun Dutta has dismissed claims of joining the controversial reality house, despite speculation suggesting she might exit her long-running sitcom. Other celebrities said to have turned down the offer include Ram Kapoor and his wife Gautami Kapoor, YouTuber Purav Jha, Raj Kundra, Lata Saberwal, Iulia Vantur, Mamta Kulkarni, Sharad Malhotra, Jannat Zubair, and comedian Samay Raina.
