New Delhi: Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode 14 delivered powerful drama and emotion, combining tension in the house with heartfelt moments and surprises. Salman Khan scolded contestants for their bad behaviour. He especially confronted Farhana Bhatt about her harsh comments towards Neelam Giri. Meanwhile, Awez Darbar received a joyful surprise from his father, and the episode ended with a twist, which was that no one was evicted this week.
Host Salman Khan addressed recent fights and called out Farhana Bhatt for her derogatory remark against fellow contestant Neelam Giri. Farhana had called Neelam “do kaudi ki,” a phrase meaning someone of little worth. Salman was quite upset, asking how a self-declared peace activist could speak so harshly. He reminded her of the importance of respecting women and criticised her inflated ego, saying she should be ashamed of demeaning another woman. The confrontation left Farhana speechless, and the house was tense as the host demanded accountability for such language.
The episode wasn’t only about conflict. Contestant Awez Darbar received a moving surprise when his father, Ismail Darbar, visited the set. Ismail shared delightful news that Awez had become an uncle (chaacha) as his family welcomed a baby. The father also cheered Awez up and inspired him to focus on the game. This genuine moment brought happiness to both the contestant and the viewers.
Despite several contestants being nominated, Salman Khan revealed that there would be no elimination this week, another twist that left housemates relieved. Amaal Malik, one of the nominated contestants, also faced criticism from Salman for his lack of initiative in the house and was given clear advice to up his game if he wanted to stay.
Amaal Mallik is mostly seen being lazy and sleeping around the house, which has annoyed both the show's makers and host Salman Khan. In the episode, Salman jokes about Amaal by pretending to fall asleep and says no contestant in Bigg Boss history has been this sleepy, urging him to "wake up and smell the coffee. Salman also points out that Amaal's image outside the house is getting worse and that viewers had high expectations, hoping he would be impactful, but he has become a background artist instead of a front-foot player.
Whenever the singer is told to wake up, Amaal often abuses or mocks Bigg Boss and stays out of most house matters, which led to Salman giving him a reality check on Weekend Ka Vaar. On joining the show, Amaal shared he intended to reconnect with fans on a personal level, showing his real side beyond headlines and media portrayals.
