Mumbai: Actor Sunny Deol turned 68. His pal and fellow actor Suniel Shetty took to X to share a heartwarming post to wish Sunny. Several other actors also wished the veteran actor on his special day. 

"Sunny Pa… some people act, but you live your strength and heart every single day. Always the same, solid, grounded & full of warmth. Wishing you a very happy birthday… more power more peace and a whole lot of love always," wrote Suniel on X.

The Paap Ki Duniya actor took to Instagram to share a few snippets of his celebration with his dear ones. In the video shared online, Sunny, dressed in a casual sweater and cap, was seen marking his birthday with Punjabi music and firecrackers.

He smiled gleefully, surrounded by his beloved friends and team members. The post was captioned, "Happy birthday to me." 

Actress Preity Zinta, his brother Bobby Deol and a few other celebrities wished him under the post. The actor's fans also took to social media to wish him. 

Sunny Deol announces new film "Gabru" on his 68th birthday 

The actor also surprised his fans with the announcement of his new film "Gabru". He wrote, "Power isnt what you show, it's what you do! Thank you everyone for your love and blessings, here’s something for you all who have been waiting #Gabru IN CINEMAS 13th March 2026. A story of courage, conscience, and compassion. From my heart… to the world!" 

Additionally, the veteran actor is all set for his latest project Border 2. The movie directed by Anurag Singh will release in January 2026. Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, and Sonam Bajwa are some of the other stars featured in the movie. The actor is also preparing for his 2025 superhit Jaat.
