New Delhi: Chitrangda Singh spoke to News 9 about her thrilling experience working with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on the upcoming war drama Battle of Galwan. The actress, who shares screen space with the Bhaijaan in this intense film based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash, reveals his hidden talents as an actor and a kind-hearted person.

Chitrangda Singh praises Salman Khan's unique approach to acting during the Battle of Galwan shoot. "I've worked with the whole spectrum of actors now. Well, he's such a unique person. He has such a distinct way of working," she told News 9. She adds, "He's also a very fine actor. I think he's also effortless. He's constantly thinking about how to deliver a dialogue or an emotion unpredictably.
He'll never do it the straight way. It's very interesting, and it livens up the scene." According to Chitrangda, "It's his speciality, and I think he always tries to downplay. Maybe that's how he is. But he's a very passionate actor. He's interested in every aspect of making a film better."
Beyond the camera, Chitrangda got to know Salman's caring side. "Salman Khan - the person you got to know during the shooting of Battle of Galwan? I think he's an emotionally intelligent person," she shared with News 9. The actress highlights his helpful nature: "He's very perceptive about the person he meets. He has an amazing eye for noticing if somebody needs help, whether it's a co-actor or a writer or an assistant director." She notes, "Despite being such a big star, he has so much grace to give importance to people, to help them. He'll go out of his way to help anyone. He doesn't get tired of helping people. And he takes no credit. He's a star in a true sense."
Chitrangda firmly believes Salman deserves more credit for his skills. When asked, "Do you think he's an underrated actor?" she replied to News 9, "Absolutely. I think some of the directors have done their best work with him. I think that has a lot to say for the kind of actor he is."
