Akon concert viral video: Senegalese-American singer Akon has found himself at the centre of a growing controversy after a video from his Bengaluru concert on November 14 went viral across social media. What was intended to be a vibrant stop on his India Tour took an unexpected turn when a group of fans were seen tugging at the singer’s trousers during his performance.
The incident occurred while Akon was performing his hit track Sexy Bitch. As he moved closer to the barricaded VIP enclosure to interact with the crowd, several attendees reached out, not for handshakes or high-fives, but to pull at his trousers.
The viral clip shows the singer visibly uncomfortable, adjusting his clothes repeatedly while still attempting to keep the performance going. His efforts to stay composed have been widely noted by viewers who later watched the footage online.

Although the rest of the set reportedly delivered the high-energy atmosphere fans expect from Akon, the disruptive behaviour quickly overshadowed the evening. Many concertgoers expressed embarrassment at the misconduct, with several social media users pointing out that the basic etiquette of live events appeared to have been ignored. Comments ranged from disappointment to frustration, with fans calling the behaviour “embarrassing” and “disrespectful,” regardless of who was involved.
