Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis jointly inaugurated the Bhanutai Gadkari Memorial Diagnostic Centre in Nagpur on 27th July 2025. The new facility, named after Gadkari's late mother, aims to improve healthcare accessibility in the region.
Equipped with modern technology, the centre offers a wide range of diagnostic services, from pathology to advanced radiology, at affordable prices. Both leaders stressed the importance of accessible and affordable healthcare, particularly for early diagnosis in tier two cities.
The initiative is part of a wider government effort to strengthen public health systems and bridge the urban-rural healthcare gap.
