Mumbai: Passengers travelling in a Mumbai local train celebrated Janmashtami inside a coach in a viral video. The video shared on Reddit showcased the passengers performing the Dahi Handi ritual and even chanting the bhajan "Nand Ke Anand Bhayo Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki". An idol of Lord Krishna was kept ob the seat of the train while passengers immersed themselves in the celebration. The video went viral on Reddit and netizens were divided. While some were amused by the train celebrations, others were quick to label it as public nuisance. One wrote, "Do these people specially travel in the train to celebrate, or was this just a coincidence?" Many observed that the younger people looked annoyed. They also stated that it was elderly people who were more involved in the celebration on-board. A netizen commented, "Look at the age profile of 90% of them. Middle aged men in mid life crisis. Finding validation in group disturbances activities."
