Delhi-NCR continues to experience severely degraded air quality, with AQI levels remaining above the 300 mark, classifying the air as "very poor". According to CPCB data recorded at 11:00 a.m., several key areas across the national capital and its surrounding regions are significantly affected.
Anand Vihar reported an AQI of 313, while Noida Sector 125 registered 312, both falling into the "very poor" category. Wazirpurs air quality hit 320, and Siri Fort soared to 305. RK Puram also recorded high levels at 311, with Loni in Ghaziabad registering the highest at 332.
Despite a slight improvement observed in recent weeks, a thick layer of toxic smog continues to shroud many parts of the city. Residents are advised to take necessary precautions as this persistent pollution poses serious health risks and impacts daily life in the region.
