Video: Woman designs stunning dress from sofa covers; netizens amazed

New Delhi: A woman's creativity blew the minds of social media users recently. A content creator named Rachel D’Cruz, who is well-known for her upcycling skills, turned some sofa covers into couture. In the video, the influencer was seen engaged in the process of upcycling the burgundy coloured sofa covers. "The stitches were so strong that my 30-minute project turned into five hours. But... oh my God! The result is worth every minute,” said the woman in the video. At the end of her hard work, the influencer crafted an exceptional piece of clothing, a backless fitted dress. She modelled it for her fans and they were dumbstruck. Netizens lauded the creator's efforts in the comments. Many were convinced that it looked like a high-fashion runway dress. One wrote, "She turned the ugliest cloth we've all seen since our childhood into THE most stunning dress." A second individual commented, "High time, you should've started a brand." The video garnered more than 8 million views.
