India vs South Africa Live Score, 2nd Test:  KL Rahul (2) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (7) are unbeaten at stumps on day 2. The Men in Blue trail by 480 runs in the first innings, as the bad light forced an early end to the day's play.

Earlier, Marco Jansen (93) missed out on his maiden Test century after Senuran Muthusamy notched up 109 runs as South Africa scored 489/10 in the first innings on day 2 of the second Test against India at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium. 

Muthusamy stitched an 88-run partnership for the seventh wicket with Kyle Verreynne (45) and then added 97 runs with Jansen to consolidate for the Proteas, who had resumed the day’s play at 247/6.

While Muthusamy smashed his maiden Test hundred, Jansen missed his when he played one onto his wickets against Kuldeep Yadav. He picked up four wickets, while Jadeja, Bumrah and Siraj also took two wickets each.

Marco Jansen and Wiaan Mulder bowl maiden over. The light conditions have deteriorated significantly, and the umpires have called the stumps on day 2. The visitors have dominated day 2 of this Test match as they have posted a commanding 489 runs in the first innings. Rahul and Jaiswal remain unbeaten for India at stumps on the second day.

'I think a bit disappointing in the end there. I think all of us in the top six got in and no one’s really made that big one. I actually think I prefer batting at 3 than anywhere else. It (pitch) played quite nicely, but I think they bowled quite well. It was quite hard to score. But it wasn’t free-flowing. You felt comfortable, but the scoreboard wasn’t going anywhere,' Tristan Stubbs said.
