New Delhi: Haryana will take on Jharkhand in the final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Thursday, December 18. Both sides have played dominant cricket on their road to the final, finishing their Super League group on top, respectively.
Haryana finished in the second position in Group C by winning five matches out of the seven. Their two losses came against Gujarat and Puducherry. After that, Ankit Kumar-led side topped Super League Group A, registering wins over Hyderabad and Rajasthan.
On the other side, Jharkhand finished in the first spot of Group D, winning all eight games. They continued their dominant performance in Super League Group B, beating Madhya Pradesh and Punjab, with their only defeat coming against Andhra.
The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final between Jharkhand and Haryana will be streamed live on the JioHotstar app and website and telecast on the Star Sports Network from 4:30 PM IST on Thursday.
