A recent incident at Govindas, a well-known ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) vegetarian restaurant in London, has ignited a firestorm of controversy online. A video circulating on social media depicts an African-British man consuming a bucket of chicken within the premises, directly contradicting the restaurant's strict vegetarian policy.
The video begins with the man inquiring about the restaurants menu, specifically asking if they serve meat. Upon receiving confirmation that the restaurant is strictly vegetarian, serving no meat, onion, or garlic, he unexpectedly produces a bucket of chicken. He then proceeds to eat the chicken openly, offering pieces to the visibly distressed staff. Two female staff members are shown in the video reacting with shock and dismay, urging him to leave the premises.
