AISSEE 2026 application correction ends today

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (s today, November 14. Registered candidates can make changes in the AISSEE application form 2025 by visiting the official website, exams.nta.nic.in. Applicants need to log in with the credentials and then modify the details in the form.
NTA's official notice reads, 'Candidates can make corrections in the details submitted by them in their application forms online through the correction window at exams.nta.nic.in/sainik-school-society/ during the period when the correction or editing window is made live. They are further advised to make corrections in their particulars, in their respective online application form, if required'.
AISSEE 2026 Application 2025: Details that cannot be edited
In the application form, the details below cannot be edited by applicants-
- Name of candidate
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Address (permanent and present)
- Name of father
- Name of mother
AISSEE 2026 Application 2025: Editable fields
In the application form, the details mentioned below can be changed-
- Date of birth certificate
- Category of the candidate
- Sub-category
- Class (Applied For)
- Medium
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- Category certificate
- Studentship certificate
Candidates can change the exam cities within the same state or Union Territory (UT).
AISSEE 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on January 18. The exam is conducted to shortlist candidates for admission to Class 6 and Class 9 in Sainik Schools and New Sainik Schools across the country. Based on the AISSEE 2026 exam, e-counselling and a medical test the students are finalised.
AISSEE 2026 result
NTA will publish the AISSEE 2026 written exam result in March 2026. Students will be able to check the result on the official website by using the application number and password. The final merit list of selected candidates is likely to be released in May 2026. The merit list will contain the roll number of the candidate and the document verification schedule.
