New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started accepting the online applications from the eligible candidates for the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2025 session. The NTA UGC NET entrance exam is conducted to candidates who seek eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges.
Interested and eligible candidates can register online for the UGC NET 2025 December session through the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The online application window will be available till November 7, 2025. The NTA has also allowed candidates to make changes to their UGC NET application form 2025. The UGC NET correction window will be available between November 10 and November 12, 2025.
