New Delhi: Ranveer Singh has scored the biggest hit of his career as Aditya Dhar’s spy thriller Dhurandhar storms past the Rs 1000 crore mark at the worldwide box office in just 21 days.

Released on December 5, the action-packed film has not only become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025. Still, it has also outperformed Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (TMMTMTTM), which struggled to keep up and earned only Rs 7.25 crore on its first day.

Dhurandhar is still going strong in its third week and showing no signs of slowing down at the ticket windows. The film collected Rs 218 crore in its first week and grew further to Rs 261.5 crore in its second week in India. Even as it entered its third week, Dhurandhar added Rs 160.70 crore between day 15 and day 20, before scoring a huge Rs 28.60 crore on Christmas alone.

According to the producers Jio Studios, Dhurandhar has earned Rs 668.80 crore net in India in 21 days. Its India gross stands at Rs 789.18 crore, while the overseas business is Rs 217.50 crore, taking the worldwide total to a massive Rs 1006.7 crore. With this, the film has comfortably joined the elite Rs 1000 crore club and is now counted alongside Baahubali 2, KGF 2, RRR, Jawan and Pathaan.

The Ranveer Singh-starrer has also washed out the buzz around TMMTMTTM, which managed an opening day collection of only around Rs 7.25 crore net in India. Trade circles see Dhurandhar as the clear audience choice this season, as it continues to dominate screens and collections despite fresh competition. The film’s next big target is to cross the enormous Rs 1042.25 crore worldwide haul of Kalki 2898 AD to climb further up the all-time rankings.
