Video: Mohit Chauhan falls on stage during concert at AIIMS Bhopal

Mumbai: Singer Mohit Chauhan suffered a fall on stage while performing at a concert at AIIMS Bhopal. The unexpected incident occurred while he was singing Nadan Parinda from Rockstar in front of the audience. It is unclear if the singer has suffered serious injuries. The incident took place on the night of December 7, 2025. The singer was performing at the  AIIMS Bhopal Retina 8.0 event. 

A video of the accident is now going viral on social media. In the clip, the 59-year-old singer was seen engaging with the audience through his singing. Suddenly, he fell on the stage. The singer, who was engrossed in his performance, bumped into the stage lighting. Though he tried to move on from what had happened, he eventually fell.

Stage coordinators rushed to help him. They also halted the concert and assisted him with the required medical aid. Fortunately, since the event was at AIIMS, the organisers were able to get help immediately. 

Many commented on the video shared online. Some were worried and wanted to know more; others were relieved he was performing at AIIMS. "Hope he did not get hurt badly," wrote one netizen. Another individual commented, "Hope he is fine." 

During the event, the legendary singer sang many of his iconic songs like Sadda Haq, Tum Se Hi, Abhi Kuch Dino Se, Tujhe Bhula Diya, Ilahi and many more.

Mohit is a celebrated singer in the industry. Over the years, he has delivered soulful music that continues to be among the top songs enjoyed by the masses. Tum Ho, Masakali, and Tum Se Hi are two of his unforgettable songs.
