Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan now has a skyscraper named after him in Dubai. Danube Properties launched the 55-storey "Shahrukhz by Danube" on Sheikh Zayed Road, celebrating 33 years of success shared by Khan and Danube Founder Rizwan Sajan.
New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has achieved another global milestone, a skyscraper in his name. Danube Properties has launched "Shahrukhz by Danube”, a 55-storey premium business tower on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
The project marks a first-of-its-kind tribute to the actor’s global influence, combining luxury, ambition, and innovation in one iconic address. The launch celebrates both Khan’s and Danube’s 33-year journey of success and excellence.
Dubai launches Shahrukhz by Danube
Bollywood’s King Khan now has a new crown jewel, a business tower named after him. Danube Properties, one of Dubai’s leading developers, unveiled "Shahrukhz by Danube”, a premium commercial skyscraper dedicated to Shah Rukh Khan. The announcement was made during a grand gala at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai on November 14, attended by Shah Rukh Khan, Danube Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan, top business leaders, influencers, and media personalities.
Rising majestically on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 55-storey tower is set to become a landmark address for entrepreneurs, innovators, and visionaries. The project symbolises 33 years of excellence for both Shah Rukh Khan and Danube, celebrating their shared values of resilience and ambition.
At the launch event, Shah Rukh Khan said, "It is humbling and deeply touching to have a landmark in Dubai carry my name. Dubai has always been a special place for me — a city that celebrates dreams, ambition, and possibility. ‘Shahrukhz by Danube’ is a symbol of how far belief and hard work can take you. I’m honoured to be associated with Danube, a brand that mirrors the same spirit of aspiration and excellence.”
Rizwan Sajan added, "Both Shah Rukh Khan and I began our journeys 33 years ago with a shared dream to create impact through passion and perseverance. ‘Shahrukhz by Danube’ unites these two stories of humble beginnings and relentless ambition, standing tall as a global symbol of vision and the power of dreaming big.”
The 1 million-square-foot development offers prices starting at USD 475,000 (about INR 4.2 crore) and includes over 40 luxurious amenities such as a sky pool, helipad for air taxis, business lounges, and valet services.
