Thama teaser out: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandannas love story is bloody | WATCH
New Delhi: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Thama has been creating a much hype among cine-goers ever since the announcement. Now, the makers have unveiled the highly-awaited teaser of Thama, a bloody love story in the Maddock’s horror-comedy universe.
The teaser begins with Ayushmann’s character asking Rashmika’s character, "Reh paogi mere bina, 100 saal tak?” Rashmika responds by saying, "100 saal kya, ek pal bhi nahi”, setting the stage for the film’s narrative. The new on-screen jodi is seen in a forest, and then hanging on a building as dark forces are behind them. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s character looks intriguing and menacing with his powerful dialogue delivery. The film also stars Paresh Rawal.
The teaser also shows glimpses of action sequences. In one sequence, Ayushmann is seen fighting with a bear while in other, he fights dark forces. The video, also gives a glimpse into Malaika Arora’s dance number. The film also features Faisal Malik and Geeta Agrawal in important roles. Well, the teaser might remind you of Twilight series.
Sharing the teaser, Maddock Films wrote on Instagram, "Na darr kabhi itna shaktishaali tha, aur na pyaar kabhi itna BLOODY! Brace yourself this Diwali to witness the first love story in the Maddock Horror-Comedy Universe. Step into the World of Thama, a cinematic experience unlike anything you’ve seen before, storming into cinemas worldwide.”
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films, Thama will be released in theatres this Diwali.
