New Delhi: Get ready for laughs from outer space. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) just launched two super fun 3D animated movies on YouTube. First up: Gokuldham to Galacto, out on Dec 31, takes Jethalal, Daya, Bapuji, Popatlal and Tapu Sena on a hilarious space adventure full of chaos and comedy.
The second, The Big Fat Alien Wedding, drops Jan 26 – perfect family fun in six languages.
Over the last three years, TMKOC has grown into a huge digital hit with gaming, fun education games and animation. Now, creators at Neela Mediatech bring full-length 3D films to keep the Gokuldham magic alive for kids on YouTube. They follow a popular animated series already airing on Sony Yay.
Both films star the lovable TMKOC gang in fresh stories but keep the same funny, community vibes fans love. Gokuldham to Galacto follows the society folks on a bumpy trip from Mumbai homes to Galacto planet, facing earthquakes, weird gravity and a sneaky tour guide's tricks – all ending with an eco message to save Earth. Watch in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam for everyone to enjoy.
Asit Kumarr Modi, founder of Neela Mediatech and TMKOC producer, shared his vision: "TMKOC was created to bring families together and offer relief from everyday stress through simple, relatable stories." He added, "Animation allows us to carry that intent forward for children who are growing up on digital platforms today. For me, this is about ensuring that the emotional meaning behind the show – community, warmth, and shared joy – continues to resonate across generations, regardless of format."
Since 2008, TMKOC has run as one of India's top TV shows on Sony SAB and SonyLIV, showing life in Mumbai's Gokuldham Society with diverse characters and endless laughs. These animated hits build on that, pulling in new fans while old ones smile at Jethalal's gaffes and Tapu Sena's smarts.
