Bengaluru Woman Sexually Assaulted While Rescuing Dog, Accused Arrested
A shocking incident of sexual assault has been reported in Bengaluru. A young woman was attacked twice by a man identified as Manjunath while she stopped to help a dog on Jakkur Main Road. According to reports, the woman noticed a bleeding dog near a petrol bunk and pulled over to assist.
Manjunath, who was on a motorbike, approached and harassed her. He returned a short time later and assaulted her again. The woman subsequently filed a complaint at the Amruthahalli police station, leading to Manjunath's arrest. The incident underscores the ongoing challenges related to women's safety in Bengaluru.
