The concentrated drive, conducted on December 27, focused on preventing overspeeding, red-light jumping, and drunk driving.
Officials reported that authorities issued a substantial number of challans in a single day, totalling over 23,000. Among these, approximately 19,000 challans were issued for offences related to overspeeding and red-light jumping.
Furthermore, special integrated checking drives at multiple locations across Delhi, including Connaught Place, led to 226 challans being issued to motorists found driving under the influence of alcohol.
