CCTV footage has been released showing the escape of Govindachamy from Kannur Central Prison in Kerala. The three-minute video depicts Govindachamys meticulous escape.
He is seen pushing clothes through a gap in his cell, then crawling out and moving freely within the prison grounds for approximately three hours. He is then believed to have scaled the walls of the tenth block before ultimately escaping over the main prison wall.
