‘Just a trailer which ended in 88 hour’: Army chief’s strong message to Pakistan on Operation Sindoor
Indian armed forces launched Operation Sindoor against nine Pakistan terror camps on the intervening night of May 6 and May 7, days after 26 people were killed by terrorists on April 22 in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam district.
New Delhi: Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi said on Monday that the Operation Sindoor against Pakistan-based terror groups earlier this year was just a trailer and said that the same gave a reality check to Pakistan.

‘Indian armed forces prepared for any circumstances’
Speaking at the 'Chanakya Defence Dialogues' event in New Delhi on Monday. The army chief said, "Operation Sindoor was just a trailer which ended in 88 hours. The Indian armed forces are prepared for any circumstances in future. If Pakistan gives a chance, our armed forces will teach it how to behave responsibly ."
Speaking on the lessons learnt from Operation Sindoor, General Dwivedi observed that the integration between armed forces, making sure of proper supplies for a drawn-out battle, and ensuring that decisions are made at every step of the command chain.
India-China ties have improved : Army chief
At the event, the army chief also spoke on the ties between India and China and said that relations between both countries have improved in recent times, after discussions were held between the leaders of India and China.
