Hyderabad: Telangana BJP President N Ramachander Rao vowed to oppose the anti-hate speech bill that CM Revanth Reddy’s government is inclined to introduce in the state Legislative Assembly, modelled after the bill introduced by Congress government in Karnataka.

He accused the Congress of indulging in hate campaign against Sanatan Dharma. Isn’t it hate speech when the CM makes comments about Hindu gods and says "Congress means Muslims and Muslims means Congress?” He further stated that the law is being brought in only to harass BJP workers.
