Jasprit Bumrah is India's pace bowling spearhead, playing a pivotal role in India's T20 World Cup triumph last year. In recent times, Bumrah has emerged as India's go-to bowler and recently became the most successful touring pacer to claim most wickets in Test series in Australia.

It helped him reach the highest points tally ever by an Indian bowler in the International Cricket Council Test rankings and is the quickest Indian bowler to claim 200 wickets and 100 wickets in ODIs, as per matches played.

The right arm pacer is also the first bowler to become World No. 1 ICC's player rankings in all the three formats of the game. Since making his Test debut in 2018, Bumrah has risen to be the vice-captain of the Test team since December 2023.

His consistent bowling got him named in ICC's men's test team of the year in 2018 and 2024, in ICC's ODI team of the year in 2017 and 2018, and in ICC's T20I team of the year in 2024.

He has been named in ICC's T20I team of the decade for 2011–2020 and was also part of Wisden Cricketers of the Year in 2022. With 907 points, Bumrah is currently the top-ranked Test bowler tha has helped him become one of the highest earning cricketers in the world.

At the 2024 ICC awards he was named the men's Test cricketer of the year.

He has a fat contract with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians. He also earns a huge amount from his multiple brand endorsements and social media promotions.

Bumrah is included in BCCI's annual 'Grade A+' contract for which he gets a salary of Rs 7 crore. Bumrah is among four cricketers including skipper Rohit Sharma, star batter Virat Kohli, and premium all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who are in the 'Grade A+' list.

In addition to BCCI's contract, the 31-year-old also enjoys a fat oay cheque from five-time Indian Premier League champions Mumbai Indians. He joined MI in 2013 as a rookie for Rs 10 lakh.

But over the years has seen his stock rise exponentially and ahead of the 2025 edition of the glamour tournament he was retained for Rs 18 crore. Overall, he has pocketed a whopping Rs 68 crore as salary in IPL between 2013 to 2024, as per Sportskeeda.

He charges Rs Rs 1.5 crore - Rs 2 crore for each brand endorsement, as per ABP Live.
