New Delhi: The Gemini 2.5 Flash Image of Google, known as Nano Banana, is gaining rapid popularity as the favourite way of transforming photos on the internet through AI. Following the social media-viral trend of the so-called vintage saree look, the users are now engaging in creative prompts that transform regular selfies into impressive pieces of art. The model, which is present in the Gemini app, enables any person to create original images using only a few words.
The distinguishing feature of Nano Banana is that it is a better product capable of editing the image without any loss of personal information, such as appearance and identity. With 3D recreations and fun retro editing, the model has already given birth to new trends in social media. Google has since announced five suggested prompts to enable users to give their profile pictures a makeover.
Nano Banana is one of the new image generation technologies in Google DeepMind. It does not require any complicated editing software, as compared to traditional ones. All the users have to do is open the Gemini app, upload a photo and fill in a selected prompt. The model then delivers an image of combined creativity and realism where details are the same; however, various styles and contexts are applied.
