Google Pixel 10 launch event on August 21: Date, time and how to watch

Google has formally declared that it will launch the Pixel 10 range at its Made by Google Event 2025 on August 21. The launch will be aired live on various international channels all over the world starting at 10:30 PM IST for the Indian audience. The event will see the presentation of the next generation of flagship smartphones by Google with major upgrades to the products and new models.

This year, it is expected that Google will launch not one but four smartphones: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the long-awaited Pixel 10 Pro Fold. There may be new hardware announcements, including the Pixel Watch 4 and renewed Pixel Buds, in addition to the new phones. Another indication of the increased interest in the Indian high-end smartphone market is that the company has planned to launch the phone in India with an exclusive launch event on October 21.

The event is to be live-streamed by Google on August 21 on its official YouTube channel and on the Made by Google site. The Indian audience will be able to tune in at 10:30 PM IST. The viewers are also able to get reminders on YouTube or in real-time updates on the social media accounts of Google.

Recent leaks indicate that the Pixel 10 series will consist of four models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. A spot in the Play Store points to the possibility that the devices will be available in grey, and the foldable in a separate Indigo Blue. The new Tensor G5 chipset, manufactured by TSMC, is likely to be used in the series, abandoning the participation of Samsung, as before.

Besides the smartphones, Google can also present the Pixel Watch 4 and even new Pixel Buds at the event. When proven, this will boost the attempt by Google to establish a cohesive Pixel hardware system in an attempt to rival Apple and Samsung.

Although the event has been confirmed as being held worldwide in August, Google has already confirmed a different India-specific launch on October 21. This step highlights the dedication of Google to build its premium device range in one of the fastest-growing smartphone markets in the world.
