Vehicle rams into crowd into East Hollywood, over 28 injured including 5 critical

A vehicle crashed into a crowd in East Hollywood, injuring more than 28 people, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported on Saturday. Officials stated that as many as five individuals are in critical condition, while 8 to 10 others suffered serious injuries. An additional 10 to 15 people sustained moderate injuries.

According to ABC News, a fire department official indicated that preliminary findings suggest the driver may have lost consciousness before ramming into the large crowd gathered outside a nightclub. However, this claim has not been independently verified.
