According to the film’s choreographer Vijay Ganguly, the actor struggled the moment he arrived on location and had to keep a portable oxygen cylinder with him throughout the shoot.

He further explained that the situation became more serious while filming the viral entry. He shared that Akshaye’s oxygen levels dropped significantly during the shoot, prompting the team to pause after almost every shot so he could use his oxygen mask. “He kept a small oxygen cylinder with him. When this song was being shot, his oxygen level had dropped a lot. So, after every shot, he’d put on the oxygen mask,” he revealed. The actor reportedly wrapped the demanding sequence and returned home immediately after filming the scene.
