Mumbai: Recent releases are struggling to keep up their pace at the box office. However, the numbers of De De Pyaar De 2 show they have made it into the hearts of the audience. Here's the complete box office report!
The Ajay Devgan movie is continuing to perform well at the box office. The romantic comedy has earned a total of Rs 62.2 crores by day 11. In week one, the movie grossed Rs 47 crore. In the following week, the film collected Rs 11.75 crore more. The 20 per cent jump on Sundays compared to Saturdays helped the movie maintain the numbers at the box office.
The film featuring Dulquar Salman is struggling to recover its production budget. The period drama has earned Rs 21.52 crores by day 9. On day 8, the film earned only Rs 47 lakh, and on day 9, it earned another Rs 30 lakh. So as of today, the Rs 40 crore movie has only made 53.8 percent of the film's budget.
Farhan Akhtar's movie started decently and has consistently been doing well at the box office. The war drama has now collected Rs 11.5 crore in India. In the opening weekend, the film garnered Rs 10.17 crores. Later, the film earned Rs 3.85 crore on Saturday and Rs 4 crore on Sunday.
Mastii 4, starring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aftab Shivdasani, has been displaying a disappointing performance at the box office. The movie has only managed to earn Rs 8.5 crores over three days. It is now among Riteish Deshmukh's lowest openers.
