What is the case between Karisma Kapoor's kids and their late father Sunjay Kapur's widow?

One wrote, "Khalidji, your words made me so emotional. I wish @therealkarismakapoor the very best.. I know she's a strong woman." Another commented, "Be strong Lolo,  we love you." A third individual commented, "Over the passage of time, Lolo has come out as a survivor and a real fighter." They showered the actress with love and wished her well in the comments.

Karisma's former husband died of a heart attack in the UK on June 12, 2025. Since then, her kids, Samaira and Kiaan, have been involved in a legal battle relating to their inheritance.

The advocate for the kids, Mahesh Jethmalani, has accused Kapur's widow, Priya Sachdev, of forging his will and depriving them of their share. “He had a very good relationship with his children. How can he have written his daughter's address wrong and misspelled his son's name in multiple places in the will? This will demeans the late Sunjay Kapoor. It is so casual,” said the senior advocate.

The kids claimed that their father had promised them a share. The dispute is ongoing, with both sides attacking each other with multiple allegations.
