Fake TTD darshan letter scam busted; Know all about it
The letters promised TTD darshan privileges and unsuspecting devotees believed that the letters were authentic.
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Y Satya Kumar Yadav’s office lodged a complaint with NTR district police commissioner SV Rajasekhara Babu over fake TTD darshan letters, which were issued using the minister’s letterhead.
The complaint was filed after victims approached the minister’s office on Monday. The letters promised TTD darshan privileges and unsuspecting devotees believed that the letters were authentic. The office sought a detailed investigation into the matter and to apprehend those responsible for the fraud.
CP Rajasekhara Babu appealed to devotees to exercise caution and not fall for fake TTD darshan letters being circulated in the minister’s name.
Vijayawada Cybercrime Police has registered a case against the issuance of fake letters under sections Cr.No.95/2025 U/s 336(3), 318(4),319(2) BNS, Sec.66C of IT Act.2008, tv9 telugu reported.
Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan for ten days from December 30:
Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan at Tirumala Tirupati will be provided for 10 days from December 30 and priority will be given to ordinary citizens and devotees. It has been stated that out of the total 182 hours of darshan, 164 hours will be allotted to common devotees.
