Udaipur IT employee gangraped by CEO, 2 others in car after b'day party; act caught on dashcam

New Delhi: A manager of a private IT company in Udaipur in Rajasthan has levelled serious allegations of gangrape against the CEO, a female executive head, and her husband. The woman alleged that the three accused sexually assaulted her in a moving car after giving her a lift on the pretext of dropping her home after a birthday party. The three accused have been arrested.

The woman filed a gangrape case against the IT company's CEO and two others at the Sukher police station in Udaipur in connection with the incident that took place last Saturday. In her complaint, she alleged that the female executive head gave her a lift in her car after all the guest left following the birthday party.

The CEO and her husband were already there in the car, and the three of them set out to drop the woman home, the police said. The manager alleged that the three of them gangraped her and the entire incident was recorded on the car's dashboard camera.

What happened at CEO's birthday party

The manager alleged that she had attended the company CEO's birthday party on December 20. The female executive head, and her husband were also present. The party continued until 1:30 am.

The woman said that some of her colleagues offered to take her home after she felt unwell. However, the female executive head invited her to an after-party and then took her in her car. The female executive head, the company's CEO, and her husband were also there in the car.

The IT employee alleged that on the way, they bought something resembling cigarettes from a shop and gave it to the woman, following which she became unconscious. The woman further alleged that the three of them then gangraped her on the way home, and dropped her off at her house at 5 am.

Woman had injuries on private parts

She said that when she reached home and regained consciousness the next morning, she noticed injuries on her private parts. After realising about the sexual assault, she decided to lodge a complaint, the police said.

"Based on the complaint, a case has been registered against three accused," Udaipur SP Yogesh Goyal said. The accused have been arrested.
