New Delhi: South Africa cricket legend Jonty Rhodes sparked a massive debate on social media by posting a comment on his X (formerly Twitter) handle about the poor Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi. With the arrival of winter, air quality in the national capital has worsened, plunging into the 'severe' category on Sunday, with many parts of the city crossing the 400 mark.

The horrific situation has sparked strong reactions from the public, with many sharing videos and pictures of the dismal conditions outside their homes and several going to the streets for peaceful protests demanding a solution.
