New Delhi: It was a memorable return to Delhi for pacer Ishant Sharma after seven years as the Indian bowler completed 200 List A wickets in the side's Vijay Hazare Trophy quarterfinal clash against Vidarbha on Tuesday. At 37 years of age, Ishant returned to captaincy at the BCCI Centre for Excellence Ground 2 in Bengaluru and the veteran marked the occasion by completing a memorable feat.

The Indian pace bowler completed the milestone after dismissing Vidarbha opener Atharva Taide in the 25th over after the team was put into bat first by Delhi. The dismissal proved to be crucial as Taida had smashed a flamboyant 72-ball 62-run mark, stitching a 90-run partnership for the second wicket with Dhruv Shorey.
