New Delhi: Amid much speculation, Salman Khan has unveiled the first look of his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan. In the first motion poster of the movie, Salman Khan’s face is seen with bloodstains and injuries as she sports a moustache in the patriotic drama. The film is based on one of India’s most brutal battles fought without a single bullet being fired.
The battle of Galwan was fought 15,000 feet above sea level and was one of the deadliest clashes between India and China. The Galwan Valley is located near the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh. In 2020, the Galwan Valley clash occurred between Indian and Chinese soldiers and was the first deadly confrontation between the two countries in nearly 45 years. The clash took place between the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh.
Earlier, the actor shared a photo of himself on Instagram, showcasing a leaner and thinner look. The picture also featured a poster of the movie, sparking speculations over his upcoming movie.
According to reports, Salman will be essaying the character of Colonel B Santosh Babu, an officer who led 16 Bihar regiments during the 2020 Galwan Vallley clash with Chinese troops. The film is based on the story from ‘India's Most Fearless 3 by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh’.
