New Delhi: An Indian national residing in Dubai has shared a video on Instagram showing repair of a pot-hole ridden road which was repaired within ours of a complaint being filed with the city road authorities. The time-lapsed video shows the road was made pothole free within 4 hours. The netizens have now reacted on the video saying it would have taken almost five years in India for the potholes to be repaired before an election. New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Provincial Police Service (PPS) officer Rishikant Shukla has been suspended after Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Kanpur Police has unearthed unaccounted assets of around Rs 100 crore from him. The police officer is also being accused of having links with Akhilesh Dubey, a prominent lawyer in the city. Meanwhile, Rishikant Shukla has denied all the charges of alleged corruption. Union Power Minister and former Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has clarified on his previous statement about Dr BR Ambedkar not being the only person to write the Constitution of India. Khattar claimed his word were taken out of context by the Opposition for political mileage. Khattar had made the controversial remark about Dr Ambedkar during an event in Faridabad. Clarifying his stance, the Union Minister Khattar said Dr BR Ambedkar is the real framer of the constitution. The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to the Centre, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Haryana government and Ambala Cyber unit following the criminal misuse of judicial authority. The court also flagged the issue as a serious matter of concern. A shocking incident has been reported from from Samatra village in Kutch district of Gujarat, where a 42-year-old woman allegedly set her husband on fire over a monetary dispute. The incident took place in Bhuj area of the district. The 60-year-old man, who sustained severe burn injuries, succumbed during treatment at the hospital.
