The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won 7 out of 12 councillor seats in the just concluded Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) bypolls. While the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has won on three seats, Congress managed just one seat and one went to an Independent. The bypolls were held on November 30. BJP wins big Sarala Chaudhary from the BJP clinched victory by 1,769 votes on Vinod Nagar seat. In Dwarka-B, BJP’s Manisha Devi recorded an impressive win with a margin of 9,100 votes.
