Kolkata: Ivalue Infosolutions is a technology services and solutions provider firm that specialises in enterprise digital transformation. The competence of the company is in purpose-built solutions for securing and managing digital applications and data and its clients are large enterprises mainly inside the country, the SAARC region and Southeast Asia.
The Ivalue Infosolutions IPO is floating an issue through the book building route which is designed to mobilise Rs 560.29 crores. However, there is no fresh issue segment in the issue and the IPO consists entirely of 1.87 crore OFS shares. OFS shares are sold by the existing shareholders of a company and the proceeds don't accrue to the company but goes to the pockets of the promoters.

On September 17, a day before the bidding process opened, iValue Infosolutions mobilised Rs 168 crore from anchor investors, which includes names such as ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, UTI MF, Societe Generale, Bengal Finance and Investment and Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius. The company managed to sell 56.21 lakh equity shares to 13 funds at the upper end of the price band (Rs 299).

Ivalue Infosolutions IPO GMP was recorded by investorgain at Rs 15 om the morning of September 18. Since the upper end of the price band is Rs 299, the listin gain indicated by the GMP is 5.02%. The GMP stood at Rs 20 on September 16. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator that is often volatile and changes with time. It does not guarantee anything -- loss or gain on listing.
Ivalue Infosolutions IPO lot size, allotment
Ivalue Infosolutions IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 284-299.00. For a retail investor, the smallest investible lot is 50 shares and he/she is required to cough up an application amount of Rs 14,950 on the upper end of the band. For an sNII category investor, the lot size is 700 shares and for the bNII investor, the smallest lot consists of 3,350 shares.
The allotment date for the Ivalue Infosolutions IPO shares will be completed on September 23, while the listing will take place on September 25 in both BSE and NSE. IIFL Capital Services Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.
