The date for NSDL IPO allotment is today, August 4, 2025. Listing will be on Wednesday, August 6. There are two ways of knowing the IPO allotment status of the much awaited IPO, which was oversubscribed more than 41 times.
Kolkata: National Securities Depository Limited IPO witnessed keen investor enthusiasm as indicated by its oversubscription of 41.01 times. The applications is received amounted to Rs 1.1 lakh crore. The IPO was designed to raise Rs 4,011.60 crore. It consisted entirely of an offer for sale and the price for each share was set at Rs 800.

Check status via BSE
ONE: Log in to https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx which can lead you to the desired information
TWO: GO to "Issue Type" and click ‘Equity’
THREE: From the dropdown menu go to 'National Securities Depository Limited’
FOUR: Type in your PAN or application number
FIVE: Need to verify that you are not a robot; click ‘Search’
SIX: The allotment status will show up on the screen
Check status via registrar to the issue
ONE: Visit https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html which is the website to the registrar MUFG Intime
TWO: You will get a dropdown menu; choose ‘National Securities Depository Limited’ from it
THREE: You can type in your PAN or application number, DP identity or account number
FOUR: Click 'Search'
FIVE: The allotment status will appear on the screen
GMP of NSDL today
According to investorgain, the GMP (Grey Market premium) of NSDL IPO stood at Rs 120 on the morning of August 4. It indicates a listing gain of 15%. However, listing is a couple of days away and one has to remember that GMP can change with time and it is an unofficial indicator that cannot guarantee anything.
