Kolkata: Patel Retail IPO, Gem Aromatics IPO and Shreeji Shipping IPO are all opening for public bidding today, August 19, 2025. These three new issues will raise Rs 242.76 crore, Rs 451.25 crore and Rs Rs 410.71 crore from the market. All three companies have been able to mobilise tidy amounts from anchor investors on August 18. And all three are displaying a positive GMP this morning.

Patel Retail IPO GMP, anchor investment

This IPO is designed to mobilise Rs 242.76 crores. It is a supermarket chain that managed to raise more than Rs 43 crore from anchor investors on August 18. The anchor investors include Chanakya Opportunities Fund, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Maybank Securities, Beacon Stone Capital, Saint Capital Fund and Pine Oak Global Fund.

On the morning of August 19, Patel Retail IPO GMP stood at Rs 45. It signals a listing gain of 17.65%, since the upper end of the price band is Rs 255.00. However GMP is an unofficial gauge that changes with time. The bidding will remain open till August 21. The allotment for Patel Retail IPO will take place on August 22 and the shares will list on both BSE and NSE on August 26. The price band is set at Rs 237-255. The minimum lot size for the retail investor is 58, which needs an application amount of Rs 14,790 at the upper end of the price band.

Gem Aromatics IPO GMP, anchor investment

Gem Aromatics IPO is designed to raise Rs 451.25 crore from the market. It is a manufacturer of speciality ingredients. The company managed to mop up more than Rs 135 crore from anchor investors, which include Citigroup Global, Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs, Nippon India Mutual Fund, SageOne, Nuvama, and Niveshaay Sambhav Fund.

Gem Aromatics IPO GMP was Rs 28 on Tuesday morning. Since its price band (upper end) is Rs 325.00, the listing gain indicated at this GMP level is 8.62%. However, GMP is an unofficial gauge that varies wigt time.

The price band for Gem Aromatics IPO is Rs 309-325. A retail investor has to bid for a minimum of 46 shares which needs an application amount of Rs 14,950 at the upper end of the price band. The smallest lot size investment for sNII investors is 14 lots or 644 shares and that for bNII investors is 67 lots or 3,082 shares.

Shreeji Shipping Global IPO GMP, anchor investment

The Shreeji Shipping Global IPO intends to raise Rs 410.71 crore. This company, a provider of shipping and logistics solutions for dry bulk cargo, mopped up more than Rs 123 crore from anchor investors, which include Bank of India Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte, BNP Paribas Financial Market — ODI, Aarth AIF Growth Fund, Viney Growth Fund, Khandelwal Finance, Golden Equity Fund Series I, SB Opportunities Fund II, Invicta Continuum Fund I, and Rajasthan Global Securities.

The GMP of Shreeji Shipping Global IPO is Rs 30 on the morning of August 19. The price of the shares are 252.00, and therefore, this GMP level indicates a listing gain of 11.90%. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator that varies with time. The price band for Shreeji Shipping Global IPO is set at Rs 240-252. The minimum lot size for a retail investor is 58 and the lowest application amount is Rs 14,616.

The bidding dates, allotment date and listing date are the same for the three new issues.
