Kolkata: Three mainboard IPOs are hitting the market today, September 10, 2025. App-based beauty and home services platform Urban Company, jewellery firm Shringar House of Mangalsutra and flexible office spaces provider Dev Accelerator informed the stock exchanges that they have successfully raised Rs 854 crore, Rs 120.18 crore and Rs 63 crore respectively from anchor investors. What is significant is that the GMP (grey market premium) of all three IPOs were either rising or steady compared to one-two days. However, it must be remembered that GMP is an unofficial indicator which can change with time and does not guarantee anything -- listing gain or loss.
Urban Company has raised Rs 854 crore from anchor investors, which included Government Pension Fund Global, Nomura Funds Ireland Public Limited Company, Fidelity Funds, Florida Retirement System, Allspring Global Investments LLC (EMSC), Theleme India Master Fund Ltd and Amundi Funds New Silk Road, Nippon India Mutual Fund (MF), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI MF, SBI Life Insurance Company and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.
Dev Accelerator managed to raise Rs 63 crore from anchor investors which featured Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Ltd, Abans Finance, Finavenue Capital Trust, Sunrise Investment Opportunities Fund, Chattisgrah Investments Ltd, Meru Investment Fund PCC, SB Opportunities Fund II, Shine Star Build Cap and Vbcube Ventures Fund.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra mopped up Rs 120.18 crore from anchor investors such as Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, Maybank Securities Pte Ltd - ODI, Societe Generale - ODI, AIDOS India Fund Limited, Nav Capital VCC and Founders Collective Fund.
However, it must be remembered that GMP is an unofficial indicator which can change with time and does not guarantee anything -- listing gain or loss.
